Stratolaunch, Brazil’s Disarmament Drive And Proposed Changes To L.A.’s Impoundment Rules

Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen has his eyes set on the space-travel business with Stratolaunch. The twin-fuselage, composite-plastic plane has a wingspan of 385 feet, and is powered by six jumbo-jet engines.

Brazil’s justice ministry has submitted a plan that would give anyone who turns in their firearm free tickets to the 2014 World Cup.

Under current law, L.A. police are directed to impound cars driven by those without a license. The LAPD is seeking to make changes to the law in an effort to help illegal immigrants.
