Krampus, 2011 Nobel Peace Prize Winners And The World Memory Championships

The Krampus has horns growing out of its skull and stands on two hooves. It is a character common in European folklore.

Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, women’s rights campaigner Leymah Gbowee and Tawakkul Karman, a female icon of the protest movement in Yemen were all awarded the 2011 Nobel Peace Prize.

The 20th World Memory Championships is currently taking place in China.
