Mini-Jobs?

The owner of a company that produces steel tanks in Neuruppin, Germany is a fan of mini-jobs, because even though he doesn’t have enough work for someone to do full-time, he does need someone for a few hours.

As the world’s economy continues to falter, it could be argued that a “mini-job” is better than no job.

In a mini-job, a worker can work as many hours as the employer wants them to, but the maximum amount they can earn is 400 Euros per month. The plus side for the worker is that they do not get taxed on the money, and they still receive some government assistance.
